2.保险客户身份确认出示保险卡、就诊卡、个人有效证件;填写保险理赔单（个人信息、签字、日期）

3.根据预约安排就诊，候诊区候诊

4.就诊:医生看诊，开检验/检查/取药单;请医生填写理赔单并签字（医生应填写部分）

5.到前台交医生填写并签字的理赔单

6.取药，结束就诊
